[...] To kick things off, we’d like to give a round of applause to one of our clients, LongJump, which this week launched at DEMOfall 07 and today went before the stage at DEMOfall 07 to demonstrate their catalog of on demand biz apps aimed at SMBs. LongJump’s is offering a compelling solution for small businesses that cannot afford expensive enterprise-level software as it is taxing to maintain, can’t be easily customized, and doesn’t integrate with other biz apps. Instead, LongJump provides an extensive catalog of web-based, interconnected biz apps that are simple to customize and affordable. Serving as the foundation, LongJump is leveraging its parent company’s proven, enterprise platform that lets SMBs readily customize apps based on changing needs or business growth, as well as publish their apps to LongJump’s catalog for colleagues or the community to use. Here’s an early peek at the reception LongJump has received thus far from some of the media and bloggers: http://www.longjumpblog.com/blog/2007/09/25/what-people-are-saying-about-longjump/ [...]
